FSV Zwickau won the “ZEV Indoor Masters” in 2025 and thus successfully defended the Gerd Schädlich Cup. In the exciting final against Chemnitzer FC, the Zwickau team prevailed 4:3. In the preliminary round, Zwickau prevailed in Group A after defeating FC Carl-Zeiss 6-3 and Dresdner SC 1898 3-2. Zwickau thus moved into the semi-finals as group winners. The next meeting between the teams is scheduled for February 2nd in the “GGZ Arena”. Zwickau will also test against ZFC Meuselwitz on January 14th, while Chemnitzer FC will play against the second team from Magdeburg on January 18th.
