Chemnitz in cultural fever! A colorful book about the cultural capital 2025 causes confusion. However, the 440 pages designed with great love, which were presented in the daily topics, are nowhere to be found in the city. Neither in the Tietz nor in the tourist information is the much sought after work! A misunderstanding that causes many Chemnitz to be excited.

A Chemnitz spectator was thrilled when he saw a report on the program announcement in the daily topics on October 25th. Fascinated he leafed through the colorful book, which was to present the cultural highlights of the coming years. The sight not only made his heart beat faster, but also aroused the desire to hold this book in his hands. But when he went on a search, he found: nothing to find!

The disappointment is great! Where has the book remained that received so much attention in the media? The hope of getting hold of it in the Tietz or in the tourist information was quickly destroyed. Those responsible are now faced with the challenge of clarifying the confusion and informing the Chemnitzer about the availability of the coveted publication. The city has invested a lot in the Capital of Culture, and the citizens expect them to have access to the information that has been promised to them.

The Situation raises questions: Is the book actually out of print, or are there other reasons for the absence? The Chemnitzer are excited to see how the city will react to this unexpected demand.
