The Purrmann-Haus Museum in Speyer is opening an exciting new special exhibition entitled "Purrmann's World in the Light of Photography. Matisse, Liebermann, Rilke & Co." on October 11th at 6 p.m. This special event will take place in the city's historic council chamber, where the head of the cultural department, Monika Kabs, will welcome the guests. Each recording tells stories from the lives and connections to the important artists and intellectuals of the time.
Details about the exhibition
The exhibition offers a unique insight into the lives of Hans and Mathilde Purrmann, one of the most influential artist couples in Speyer.
