Between Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. and Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., a car in the parking lot below the Bismarck Tower in Ernst-Thälmann-Ring was targeted by vandals. All four tires were punctured - a horrendous monument to destructiveness! The damage caused amounts to an impressive 600 euros!
