In a significant step towards modernizing local public transport in Rhineland-Palatinate, Minister Katrin Eder presented Kommunalverkehr Rhein-Nahe GmbH (KRN) with a funding notice for 60 percent of the costs of an innovative real-time system. Katrin Eder, who has been Minister for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy and Mobility in Rhineland-Palatinate since December 2021, is committed to promoting environmentally friendly transport solutions.
