This year, the Herbstlibori will take place from October 19th to 27th and marks the end of the fair season in Paderborn. This event has a long tradition in the region and always attracts many guests.

Parking lot closures for the festivities

From Monday, October 14th, the middle parking lot at Liboriberg will be closed to traffic. On the following Tuesday, October 15th, the upper and lower parking lots will also be affected. The fair company will begin setting up the rides and stands in the coming days. The gravel parking lot on Wilhelm-Kaufmann-Allee will also be closed to the showmen's caravans on Friday, October 11th.

The city offers alternative parking options for drivers who cannot or do not want to drive to Liboriberg. Traffic regulations during the fair

In addition to the parking lot closures, there will also be posted speed limits. From Friday, October 18th, the maximum permitted speed in the area of ​​the fairgrounds and along the Le Mans Wall will be reduced to 30 kilometers per hour. This regulation applies Monday to Saturday from 1 p.m. to midnight and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. to ensure the safety of the many visitors.

The city has stated that this speed reduction only applies during the opening hours of the fair and will be lifted again after the end of the events and the subsequent dismantling work. The parking spaces are expected to be open to the public again from Wednesday, October 30th.
