Bielefeld becomes the scene of brazen pickpockets!On Monday and Tuesday of this week, two Bielefeld women became victims of invisible criminals in the city center. On November 11, 2024, around 6:00 p.m., a 58-year-old shopper was in a department store branch on Jahnplatz when it happened: Suddenly her wallet with important ID cards and cash disappeared without a trace! What a disgrace! The lady had previously carried it securely over her shoulder. Who would have thought that there were such unscrupulous thieves lurking in the middle of the shops?

But that wasn't everything! Just one day later, on November 12th, a 30-year-old woman was the target of another brazen perpetrator in a doctor's office at the junction of Niederwall and Rohrteichstrasse. She had her precious Apple Airpods Max Pro stashed in her purse while she sat in the waiting room. Suddenly she was terrified when she noticed a suspicious woman near her. When the 30-year-old wanted to locate her headphones, the potential thief had already disappeared. Where have good morals gone?

The police are asking for information!
