Discover the future: Open Day at Allianz Austria!

With this open day, Allianz is taking an important step towards breaking down prejudices about insurance and presenting the diversity of the company waff.at highlights.

In addition to information about the alliance, visitors can also take part in a wheel of fortune with attractive goodies, reports waff.at.
Diversity and inclusion as a corporate goal
A central theme of the event will be promoting diversity and inclusion within the alliance. The proportion of women in leadership positions in the insurance industry remains low at just eight percent in Germany, while the figures in other European countries such as Great Britain (28 percent) and France (27 percent) are significantly higher. versicherungswirtschaft-heute.de highlights that an appropriate proportion of women in leadership positions is seen as a driver of business success.
To achieve this, a cultural change within companies is necessary that prioritizes diversity and inclusion as a strategic issue. Four principles for greater inclusion were identified, including the need to question one's own prejudices and promote an inclusive corporate culture. Companies are called upon to measure the success of diversity and inclusion initiatives and integrate them into their KPIs.
With its open day, Allianz Austria not only shows its commitment to a diverse working environment, but also its efforts to meet the new requirements in the insurance industry. By holding such events, it makes a significant contribution to creating an inclusive corporate culture.
