Schulcup 2024: Potsdam becomes a basketball hotspot for young talents!

Leonardo-da-Vinci-Campus, Nauen, Deutschland - Basketball is very important in Brandenburg! The MBS Basketball Schulcup 2024/25 starts with a kick -off event on December 11th in the sports hall of the primary school in Bornstedter Feld, Potsdam. At this first preliminary round tournament, ten teams from five primary schools compete and show their skills. The entire tournament series will continue until April 2025 and culminate in a grand finale in the Max-Schmeling-Halle in Berlin on July 5, 2025. This year, a total of 78 basketball ages are active in 68 schools in the region that were able to be created thanks to the project of ALBA Berlin and the Mittelbrandenburg Sparkasse (MBS), such as ldvc.de

In order to increase the anticipation for the event, it is emphasized that all committed participants prepare intensively for exciting games. The first game results and qualified teams also ensure a fiery start to the new season.
