The Christmas market in Zweibrücken, which opened last Friday around the impressive Alexanderskirche, was immediately very popular. Over 100 Christmas markets in Münsterland
In the Münsterland region, over 100 Advent and Christmas markets will also be opening in 2024, which will get you in the mood for the Christmas season with mulled wine, roasted almonds and festive music. The markets offer a variety of activities such as pack singing and curling and are often open for several weeks. The Zweibrücken Christmas market will continue until December 15th with a varied program, including performances by well-known artists and a large St. Nicholas meeting that attracts the whole family. The highlight of the first weekend was the appearance of Jan Luca Ernst, a participant in the “Voice of Germany” casting show, who stepped in at short notice and thrilled the audience.
