From now on until July 17, 2025, the traffic situation in Eching am Ammersee and Ausserbittlbach will be tense. The road construction work cannot be overlooked: drivers have to adjust to stushing traffic and the risk of traffic jams. The local signage will show you the way, but be warned - patience is required!

from today, November 4, 2024, 7:16 p.m. to July 17, 2025, 3:00 p.m., the A96 between Greifenberg and the Eching tunnel becomes a nerve test for all road users. The construction site extends over 500 meters and ensures a narrowing of the road. A lane is blocked, the traffic is led over the opposite lane. Commuters, holidaymakers and residents have to expect staggering traffic. The road construction work is part of a comprehensive renewal and expansion of the road - a necessary evil, which, however, has inconvenience for everyone involved.

But that's not all! It will also be tight in Ausserbittlbach: from July 15, 2025, the A94 between pastettes and villages will become a construction site for several days. A lane is also blocked here and the work extends over 4 kilometers. Drivers have to adjust to additional delays. It is recommended to adapt the speed and drive particularly carefully to ensure the safety of all road users.
