Freudenstadt in turmoil!On Tuesday afternoon, around 5:15 p.m., a shocking traffic accident caused a stir in traffic. The 20-year-old driver of a VW may have had a microsleep, which led to a dangerous maneuver and a violent collision. The young man crossed into the oncoming lane and collided head-on with an oncoming Opel.
The 82-year-old driver of the Opel was injured and had to be taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Fortunately, the person who caused the accident was uninjured, but the consequences are devastating: both vehicles are scrap and have to be towed away. The total damage amounts to around 40,000 euros!
Punishment for recklessness
The consequences for the 20-year-old are dramatic: he had to give up his driver's license immediately. Now he will not only have to answer for the accident, but will also be held accountable for dangerously endangering road traffic. This could have far-reaching consequences for his future.
