Knut is back! Celebrate the tradition of the Christmas tree!

The custom of the Knutfest, in which Christmas trees are burned, is very popular in Thuringia. Numerous events will take place at various locations in East and South Thuringia in the coming weeks. This tradition attracts many people and offers the opportunity to celebrate the farewell to the Christmas tree together.
