A shocking traffic accident occurred on Wednesday in Feldkirch when a 37-year-old driver overlooked an oncoming bus while turning. Collision between scooter and tram

A 28-year-old scooter rider ignored the red light at a level crossing around 3 p.m. and was hit by an approaching S2 tram. The tram driver initiated emergency braking, but was no longer able to prevent the collision. Her scooter was trapped under the track and dragged for several meters, but the driver was uninjured and was taken to hospital for precautionary measures. The material damage is estimated at around 10,000 euros, while the scooter is considered a total loss.
