Christmas magic in Traiskirchen: A feast for the senses!
The pre-Christmas season is in all its glory in Traiskirchen and Welzheim! On the first weekend of Advent, Traiskirchen's main square was transformed into a musical spectacle with Rocking Christmas, gospel and choir singing. But the highlight came on the second weekend of Advent: Christmas magic in the city park, where local sports clubs and social institutions invited people to a festive punch and mulled wine. The contemplative atmosphere took on an exciting accent when the famous Perchten paraded through the park, which attracted numerous visitors. Many enjoyed the festive atmosphere with warm drinks and experienced a rousing show NOEN reported.
Advent in the city park of Welzheim
Advent was also celebrated to the fullest in Welzheim. On Sunday, December 10th, the city park was transformed into a place full of activities for young and old. Here, visitors could not only admire and design a six-meter-high Advent wreath, but also take part in an atmospheric Advent and torchlight hike. An extensive hands-on program, including baking bread on a large fire pit, ensured fun and enjoyment for families. At this special event, families came together to enjoy the pre-Christmas season together and fortify themselves with delicious punch and Christmas sausage, reported ZVW.
