On November 8, 2025, a well-attended winter sports bazaar organized by the local sports club took place in Nußdorf-Debant. This event attracts numerous participants as the ski season begins and shows the growing interest in used winter sports items. Families with children in particular often face the problem that the equipment quickly becomes unusable, as children often need new skis or snowboards during their growing phase. Another event was the Schwäb Brettlesmarkt. Albverein e.V. Wannweil local group, which took place on October 17th and 18th, 2025. Both used and brand new items could be purchased here. A fee per item and a portion of the sales proceeds benefited the ski department, highlighting the social aspect of these events.
Traditional ski bazaar at Sport Kaufmann
Parallel to the bazaar in Nußdorf-Debant, the traditional ski bazaar at Sport Kaufmann also took place on the same days, from November 6th to 8th, 2025. This bazaar offers a platform for the sale of used ski and snowboard items from private to private. Sport Kaufmann only acts as an intermediary. A special highlight of the bazaar is that on the last day all items are offered at a 20% discount.
The submission period for articles was already possible from October 17th to November 5th, 2025. Buyers can expect to get good bargains. Unsold items must be taken back by vendors after the event and a maximum number of approximately 1,600 items is accepted, making organizing these events a logistical challenge.
Despite the many options for purchasing used equipment, Sport Kaufmann also emphasizes the risks: There is no guarantee on the items, and responsibility for damage or loss lies with the seller. This shows how important it is to look carefully before making purchasing decisions.
