The Advent season began in Hollenstein with the first Advent market “Sparkling Village Christmas”, which took place last weekend on the town hall forecourt and in the town hall. Over 20 exhibitors showed beautiful handicrafts and regional products, while the local farmers' association, together with the Lower Austria Eisenwurzen Nature Park, provided for the physical well-being. Loud NÖN.at the hunting horn players from St. Georgen/Reith got the numerous visitors in the mood for this magical start to the Christmas season.
The event was very popular and visitors could look forward to a variety of regional specialties. “The Sparkling Village Christmas” not only brought Christmas flair to the community, but also supported numerous local craftsmen who were able to present their creative work NÖN.at is highlighted.
