With the draw, AC Milan falls from first place to third place in the table and gives up the lead to SSC Napoli. Juventus, on the other hand, remains unbeaten but slips from 4th to 5th place.

Overall, Juventus were on the hunt for points, with Weston McKennie impressing as he covered more space than any other player and created several opportunities for his teammates. This was Juventus' fifth consecutive drawn result in all competitions. Before the game, Juventus were only one point behind AC Milan.
