In the Wittenberg district, an unexpected incident occurred on the way to the popular forest Christmas market in Möllensdorf. A coach with 27 passengers, mostly elderly people, got stuck on a dirt road. Neither the help of a tractor driver nor the passengers' own efforts could solve the situation. The police in Wittenberg reported that a towing company with heavy equipment had to be called in to free the bus MDR reported.
While the passengers waited for help, some residents lovingly looked after the stranded people. They offered to help and drove some passengers in their cars to the Christmas market, where the festive spirit awaited them.
