A brazen burglar was targeting two hotels in Bodman-Ludwigshafen at the weekend. On the night of December 15th, between 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., the perpetrator violently gained access to the Hotel Rosmarin in Überlinger Strasse. There he searched all cupboards and drawers in the area of the reception and stole a safe that was torn out of the wall. Despite his intensive search in the restaurant of the hotel, however, the burglar remained here without further prey, such as The Südkurier reported.
After the first break -in, the stranger broke into the Seehotel Adler. There he got into the interior by prying up the office door and searched several cupboards and drawers. However, nothing was stolen after the first police reports. The burglar left the hotel in a mysterious way through a door to the railway line. The following day, passers -by found the stolen safe including coin money on the pedestrian crossing at the lido. The perpetrator is described as about 30 to 40 years old, around 1.80 meters tall and stocky. It is said to have a full beard and have been dressed in a black hooded jacket, olive -colored cargo pants as well as black shoes and gloves. The police are urgently looking for witnesses who were able to observe suspicious in the area of the hotels during the night.
