On Monday morning, January 7th, 2025, a 76-year-old from the municipality of Wehretal had her wallet stolen in the Aldi market on Niederhoner Straße in Eschwege. The incident occurred around 10:15 a.m. when the woman at the checkout noticed her wallet was missing from her open handbag. There was cash and identification documents in the wallet; the total damage is estimated at around 350 euros. The police in Eschwege are asking for information on 05651/9250 West-East media
