The scooter thieves strike again: Witnesses urgently wanted!

Sondernheim, Deutschland - In the past few days, reports about scooter thefts in Rhineland-Palatinate have increased. On December 7th and 8th, two scooters were stolen by unknown perpetrators in Sonderheim. According to a report of the Rheinpfalz there was the first theft in Langgewannstraße. The 36-year-old affected had secured his red scooter of the Sym brand, valuably estimated at around 900 euros, with a steering wheel lock. Despite these measures, the scooter with the inscription "Red Devil" was stolen. Another scooter was stolen on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße on Saturday evening and later spotted in the street "Am Old Hafen", a detailed description of the second scooter has not yet been available.

Another incident occurred in Haßloch, such as freenet.de . There was a 125 cc scooter on Haydnstraße on December 4 at 5:30 p.m. An attentive passerby later found the scooter in the Burgweg/Lachener Weg area after he had searched himself. During the review, it turned out that the perpetrators had tried to shorten the scooter, but they did not succeed. The Haßloch police call witnesses to report if they have information about the incidents.

The increase in the scooter thefts ensures concern among the vehicle owners, since perpetrators obviously increasingly ignore the security measures of the owners. The police ask the population to be attentive and report suspicious observations immediately to grasp the perpetrators and prevent further thefts.
