Brutal murder process: young victims, powerful accused in Mülheim!
In the Cologne Mülheim, a cruel murder case has been revealed to a 15-year-old student who shocked the public. In a process that triggered intensive social discussions, four young men stand in front of the district court. They are accused of having killed the pupil with several knife stings in March after he had burdened one of them. The alleged client of the murder, a 27-year-old, vehemently claims not to have had nothing to do with the killing. Despite his statements, the public prosecutor is responsible for all four accused who are charged with murder for low motives, such as the Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger reported.
The brutal details
The fatal incident occurred on March 10th. According to the statements in the trial, the 19-year-old, who was "asked" by the 27-year-old to "set a blow", finally executed the knife attack. The 27-year-old, who worked as a "security guard" for the drug trafficking of the younger defendants, made it clear that he had nothing to do with violence. During his statement, he said that he was shocked when the 19-year-old stabbed the victim. Instead of a "rubbing", as he called it, it should be a "blue eye". But it ended fatally and led to the four defendants left the boy's body on a small island until she was found by the police, six hours later after the father of the young person had reported him as missing.
The case also employed the investigators because the 15-year-old might have owed money and at the same time the accused felt revealed by him. Another shocking aspect is the testimony of the victim's father, who was warned by the perpetrators shortly before the murder. It remains unclear whether its statement will play a role during the process, since the police did not take evidence of the threat seriously and did not take any measures. The negotiation is expected to continue until January, with several days of negotiations, whereby parts of the procedure may take place under the exclusion of the public, since some of the defendants are minors, such as the Rundschau Online reported.
