New Café Bistro Bruno-e-Marrone brings Italian coffee enjoyment to Danube City

A new café bistro attracts attention: the "Bruno-e-Marrone", which has opened at Wangari-Maathai-Platz 3 in the Seestadt, offers its guests a selection of "damn good" coffee, prepared from self-roasted beans. The cozy place not only promises excellent coffee enjoyment, but also an inviting atmosphere for everyone who is looking for a break from everyday life.

The founders, Aramis Karyagdi and Julian Preusch-Spiegelfeld, created the café out of a spontaneous idea. "We got to know each other through our children, so the project was created," says Karyagdi. Interestingly, the names "Bruno" and "Marrone" are fictional characters who reflect the different personalities of the founders. Karyagdi brings his gastronomic experience, while Preusch-Spiegelfeld is known as a passionate jazz musician.

jazz and coffee culture

The musical background from Preusch-Spiegelfeld could influence the atmosphere in the café. "We want Bruno-e-Marrone to be the third living room after work and at home, where people can relax with good coffee and good music," he explains. The café is located near the Aspernsee, a place that is ideal for relaxed afternoons.

Coffee preparation in the "Bruno-e-Marrone" is based on the traditional Italian coffee culture. Karyagdi emphasizes that only sustainable coffee beans are used to ensure that every sip is not only delicious, but also ethically justifiable. The beans are roasted by the founders themselves to bring in the individual taste of the two characters, and to ensure that the coffee meets the high demands of the customer.

future plans and opening times

The first months after the opening were promising, and the founders are confident that they can attract more residents of the 22nd district. "We have many ideas on how we can expand our offer, among other things, we plan to offer the coffee beans for sale," explains Karyagdi.

The "Bruno-e-Marrone" is open for several days of the week for coffee lovers: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until 8 p.m. The café remains closed on Sunday. The two founders look forward to enriching the community with their unique coffee experience a bit, and invite people to try one of the best coffees in the city.
