Tradition in the Brigittenau: Fleischerei Rongits blooms under new leadership

The ronggit butcher has been an institution in Brigittenau for over 40 years, and even under new leadership it remains an important part of the quarter. After the founders, Emmerich and Gerti Rongits enjoyed their pension time, the Yousef family took over the scepter and continues the heir with passion.

For two years, Fathi Yousef, 29, together with his father, Omar Yousef, ensures that the range remains the same and that the loyal customers continue to receive their popular lunch table, fresh sausage and ham. "It was a real stroke of luck for us that the rongits supported us in the handover," said Fathi Yousef. The transition was fluid, and the two families still maintain a close friendship.

tradition and quality

The rongits butcher is deeply rooted in the neighborhood. With products that are known for their quality, the company has built up a solid foundation. The Yousefs are not newcomers in the industry; Omar Yousef has been self -employed since 2007 and brings years of experience into the new role. "We are proud that we can always offer the customers high -quality goods. We are not a discount, but the butcher from the corner," adds Fathi.

In times when many small businesses have to give up, since there is a lack of successors, the rongits butchers will strengthen their position. "Such companies have become rare and I am happy to be part of it. We support the community by offering fresh, local products and also promoting the diversity of eating culture," emphasizes Yousef.

The opening times of the butcher are designed to be customer -friendly: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesdays to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The butcher ensures that the Brigittenauer are also well cared for on weekends.
