19-year-old caught in Klagenfurt with cannabis in the car!
Klagenfurt, Österreich - A 19-year-old man from Klagenfurt was asked by the motorway police on the A2 after his conspicuous driving behavior caught eye. During the check, the officials discovered ten bags with cannabis in his vehicle. The Klagenfurter tried to explain the smell by claiming a friend in the car. But the discovery of a tupper box with several packaged plastic bags, which he identified as cannabis, refuted his statement. The quick alcohol test was negative, but the medical officer found an impairment due to addictive substances and fatigue. As a result, the young driver's driver's license was drawn in, as Click-Kaernten reported.
At the same time, a 44-year-old Klagenfurter was arrested in an extensive drug determination after he had been in a drug ring that had sold over 50 kilograms of cannabis. The investigators felt his main supplier, a 45-year-old Austrian from Vienna, who was also arrested on August 27, 2024. The Viennese is said to have delivered around 30 kilograms to the Klagenfurtter since 2020. At the raid in his apartment in Vienna, the officials found a cannabis plantation with 72 plants, expensive equipment for growing drugs and several thousand euros in cash. The entire profit from drug sales amounts to several hundred thousand euros. These developments in drug trafficking were also documented in a report by krone.atDetails | |
