WAC loses blockbuster against Ried: Pacult's debut ends bitterly!

WAC tried hard in the 81st minute when Avidijaj fired a long-range shot, but Leitner was able to save it.

In the final phase of the game, WAC threw everything forward, but a corner in the 85th minute was blocked by Leitner. The final minutes of the game brought the decision: Mutandwa converted a penalty in stoppage time, giving SV Ried a 2-1 win.

With this defeat, Wolfsberger AC missed a perfect start under the new coach. The Ried team, on the other hand, was able to celebrate an important away win and thus sent a positive signal in the current season.
