50 years of guild: successful annual general meeting in Feldkirch

The old scouts in Feldkirch recently held their 50th annual general meeting in the scout home. Gildemeister Wolfgang Linder honored not only the members of the association, but also a delegation of the Guild Rankweil on this special occasion. This underlined the long tradition and the close connection between the scouts and the community.

Last year the club offered a variety of exciting activities, including air rifle shooting, the Advent "Kranken" and the participation in the meregelmarkt. The other highlights included excursions to Rauch and the Frastanz brewery. The St. Patricksday, which attracted many members, was particularly remembered. The spiritual May devotion in the sweep and the social autumn hike were also very interested, while the coffee afternoons were considered very popular for members over 75 years.

new elections and financial situation

The treasurer Wolfgang Hinterholzer announced during the meeting that the club had achieved a small excess. Peter Bachmann then pronounced the unanimous discharge of the treasurer and the entire club management. Mayor Silvia Fröhle led the new elections, which also ran smoothly. Wolfgang Lindner was unanimously elected as a guild master, Wolfgang Hinterholzer as treasurer, Guntram Grabher-Meyer as deputy guild master, Christian Dobler as secretary and Irmtraud Sonderegger as deputy secretary. The advisory board members were also unanimously determined, and Alexander Amann again took over the task of the cash check.

According to the official program items, Gildemeister Lindner thanked for the committed cooperation on the board. The evening ended with a delicious chilli that offered the members some nice conversations. These were the highlights of an eventful year, and many exciting events are already planned for the future that will further strengthen the community of the old scouts.
