Recently, the Pensioners' Association (PVÖ) St. Gallenkirch took a four -day trip to the picturesque Styrian Ennstal. The first day began with a warm breakfast where rolls, coffee and cake were served. The cozy get -together offered all participants the opportunity to get to know each other better and to start the excursion solemnly.

After an extensive lunch in Werfen, a visit to the "Styrian Lake Constance" was on the program, an idyllic place that is known for its natural beauties. The second day led the group via Schladming to the Ramsauer Hoch Plateau and to the impressive Dachsteinbahn, which brought travelers to the mountain station on the Dachstein Glacier. There, the day trippers had the choice of exploring the fascinating ice palace, the suspension bridge and the adventurous staircase into nothing or relaxing in the cozy mountain restaurant.

Diverse experiences in Bad Aussee

The third day included a tour of the Ausseerland, which is famous for its impressive landscapes and historical sites. A visit to the charming spa town of Bad Aussee was part of the program, as was a shipping on the sun -drenched Grundlsee. A special highlight was the stop at the picturesque Gosausee, surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Dachstein.
