Motorcyclist injured after failed overtaking maneuver in Nüziders!

On Sunday, June 10, 2025, at 7:20 p.m. there was an accident on the L193 in Nüziders in which a 41-year-old motorcyclist was injured. The driver was traveling towards Bludenz when he tried to overtake an oncoming vehicle. The overtaking process had to be aborted due to the incoming car. During the subsequent maneuver, there was contact from the side, which caused the motorcyclist to leave the road, hit a traffic control post and ultimately fall into a meadow.

The motorcyclist sustained injuries to his shoulder and hip and was taken to the Feldkirch State Hospital after initial treatment by the emergency doctor. The police have called for witnesses because there is no description of the car. The driver is asked to contact the Bludenz police station to clarify further information about the accident.
