The newly opened Syncraft company building was the start of the “Schwaz meeting”. This happened on October 16, when the second round of the project is already in the starting blocks. At this event, the public has the opportunity to get an exciting insight into the region's companies. Manfred Berkmann, the managing director of the Stadtmarketing Schwaz, led through the event and explained that this project creates an important connection between the companies and the local people. Berkmann emphasized that it was a valuable opportunity to make the success stories of the Schwaz economy tangible.
Mayor Victoria Weber and Martina Entner, Vice President of the Tyrol Chamber of Commerce, underlined the innovative strength of the participating companies and the positive influence that "Schwaz meets economy" on the region. It is particularly noteworthy that many young people have registered for participation this year. This development was considered very gratifying by the organizers and shows the growing interest of the new generation in the local economy.

Benedikt Bodner, operations manager and authorized representative of Syncraft, proudly presented the company's new premises and gave exciting insights into the working method of his company. Other managing directors, such as Karl Heinz Greil from the Schwaz and Patrick Permoser municipal utilities from the Tyrolit Group, also showed great interest in presenting their businesses to the general public and thus strengthening contact with the population.
Sabrina Zitterbart, marketing manager of the Daka company family, emphasized the importance of the exchange between companies and the youth in the region. Andreas Darnhofer from the protected workshop VOMP also emphasized the importance of this platform in order to show the diverse career opportunities that are available in the region.
The Adler plant Lackfabrik was also represented, even if Claudia M. Berghofer apologized. However, she let her tell how much she was on the second round of the event. With over 2,150 employees and more than 110 apprentices at the Schwaz locations and VOM, the participating companies are decisive pillars of the local economy.
