Faces of the fire brigade: men and women who protect our community
In the Schwaz district, which includes a total of 39 volunteers and 5 company fire brigades, over 2,900 firefighters are involved. These emergency services are not only important for their respective communities, but also have an effect beyond the limits of their individual fire brigades. The Schwaz district fire brigade association not only promotes fire service, but also represents the interests of the volunteer fire brigades and the company fire brigades to superordinate authorities and the state of Tyrol.
Under the motto "People who move", a number of personalities within the association are now presented. These firefighters not only serve their service, but also bring their knowledge and commitment to strengthen the community. The common goal is to promote security and further develop the community. Each of these firefighters actively helps to keep the fire brigade culture in the district and inspire the next generation.
