Photo club Lienz shines at the 2023 photo art championship

It was a glamorous evening in Velden when the photo club Lienz was awarded FotoKunst Festival for its outstanding achievements at the Motora. This award took place as part of the first edition of the motiva photo.art.circuit, where the members of the club were allowed to shine with their impressive photographs. With the Hartlau Foto Club Trophy 2023, the club was recognized for its continuous commitment and the long -term non -profit work in the field of photo art.

The motifa photo art festival, which is considered the successor to the famous Trierenberg Super Circuit, drew attention to itself on Monday, October 7th, in the Casineum Velden with a spectacular lead show. This show under the title "The best photos of the world 2024" captivated the audience with breathtaking pictures that presented both historical and modern motifs. It was an event that attracted not only photographers, but also photography enthusiasts.

The members of the Lienz photo club were represented with a variety of works on the show. Günter Bauernfeind presented an impressive picture of a "toadstool", while Michael Breschan impressed with his photographs "Waiting" and "Body". Marlies Glieber also showed her art with the pictures "Alpenglühen", "Morning mood" and "St. Johann". Judith Mijderwijk exhibited several works, including the "Lienzer Dolomites", "Alpine Ibex" and the "St. Nikolaus Church in Matrei in East Tyrol". Sarah Klaunzer-Sporer set more accents with her pictures "Winter Mood" and "Sunset".

The emotional connection that made the photographs to the spectators was particularly remarkable. Thomas ISEP, the chairman of the photo club Lienz, proudly commented: "A very impressive performance of our members. I am very proud of the awards received and that the club is represented with so many pictures in the succession!"

The award for the photo club Lienz is not only about profit, but also about the recognition and appreciation of photographic art itself. With the Hartlau Foto Club Trophy 2023 and the award at the Austrian PhotoClub Championship 2023, the commitment and creativity of the members are recognized. These successes clearly show how important the promotion of photo art is in the region and which talents are active here.

The festival itself offers a platform for photographers to present their work to a wide audience and exchange ideas with each other. This exchange is invaluable for the development of photo art, both individually and collective.

The impressive works of the Lienz photo club can be viewed in a small collection that was issued during the festival. The strong visual impressions are clear proof of passion that has flowed into every single photography. Spectators had the opportunity to be inspired by the pictures and maybe develop the desire to explore photography as an art form.
