The accused, who in the meantime fluctuated in his statements, admitted to being "partially guilty" and regrettably commented on the alienated friendship, but he denied that he intended to violate.

The negotiation took place in front of the jury at the Innsbruck regional court. The accused accused the public prosecutor of not properly conducting the investigation. In particular, the lack of photo documentation from the crime scene was criticized. At the request of the defense, the trial was postponed until June 11, 2025 to have a vehicle report created that could possibly give decisive information on the time of tailor. The 36-year-old may remain at large for the time being, while the courts decide on the possible legal consequences of this dramatic discussion.
