East Tyrolean water rescuers conquer medals at Tyrolean championships!

The water rescuers from East Tyrol have impressively presented themselves at the Tyrolean national championships in Innsbruck. Over 30 members of the East Tyrolean water rescue competed against strong competitors from Vorarlberg, Salzburg and Poland. With an impressive age difference of 40 years between the youngest and oldest participants, the team represented a colorful mix, as the dolomitenstadt . Another highlight was participation in the "Speedlifesaving in the Alps". Here the selection team competed in twelve individual and relay competitions, with over 110 swimmers from four nations fought for the medals. In addition to the successful single fight, the East Tyroleans also triumphed at the relay competitions. It was a weekend full of highs and successes for the East Tyrolean water rescue, which the athletes not only increased as a team, but also as an outstanding lone fighter.
