A charity evening will be held at the Leibnitz Physical Therapy Institute on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6:30 p.m., which will make a significant contribution to helping a local family in need. Under the motto “Help that reaches where it is needed,” the organizers have made it their mission to collect donations and mobilize support. Anneliese Zöhrer, the institute's managing director, warmly invites you and emphasizes that every donation will directly benefit the family in need without any deductions.
The affected family has recently experienced several illnesses that are not only emotionally but also financially stressful. In order to regain some normality and quality of life, she urgently needs support. “Any help is invaluable,” explains Zöhrer, who ensures that the event not only serves a good cause, but is also a place of hope and solidarity.
Information event about MS
In addition to the opportunity to donate, the charity evening also offers an informative component. After the welcome, a lecture on the topic “MS, the disease with 1000 faces” will be given. Multiple sclerosis is a neurological disease that can have numerous faces and symptoms and is an important health issue. The event promises not only entertainment, but also valuable information for the participants.
The well-known singer Styrina will provide the musical entertainment, while South Styrian Hans-Wolfgang Strauss will host the evening. DJ Tom will also provide the right music and liven up the event. The organizers hope that many people from the region will take part, not only to listen, but also to actively help.
Win auctions and prizes
Another highlight of the evening is the planned auction, which begins at 7:15 p.m. In addition, a ticket sale will be organized where every participation is associated with a prize. Here too, the proceeds benefit the needy family. It's a wonderful opportunity to create a small piece of hope for the family with a simple lottery ticket and potentially win a prize at the same time.
The proceeds from the auction and ticket sales as well as all other donations go to the family without deduction, and those responsible hope for active participation. "Together we can make a difference. Every euro counts," concluded Managing Director Zöhrer.
