A 67-year-old from Graz was driving his car in Merangasse when he hit a 61-year-old pedestrian who wanted to cross the road with her husband. The woman was reportedly crossing the street, presumably with a red light. Despite an immediate braking maneuver, the collision could not be prevented. The woman from Graz suffered life-threatening injuries as a result of the impact and was taken to the LKH Graz.
