Rudolf Schmiderer, who has been working as a volunteer head of the Salzburg Education Center in St. Martin near Lofer for 34 years, was recently awarded the ring of honor. This significant award took place at the autumn conference in the Kavalierhaus Klessheim and is considered one of the highest awards in the organization.

When the award was handed over, Sonja Ottenbacher, the district manager in Pinzgau, praised Schmiderer's extraordinary commitment and his diverse talents. "He was a teacher, is an actor, singer and guitarist. He also exhibited his artistic watercolors in Pinzgau and helped shape the educational landscape in his community in a variety of ways.
