Volleyball BG Tamsweg: Women and U15 start with impressive victories

The volleyball team BG Tamsweg has made a promising start to the new indoor season. Both the women's team and the U15 girls convinced at their first competitions and showed that they are ready to fight titles again.

In the 2nd Landesliga, the women's team made a clear sign under coach Fahrudin Burek. In their away game against the team from Henndorf, they clearly won 3-0. In the following game against Oberndorf, too, the players demonstrated their nerve strength and secured the second success with a narrow 3-2 victory. These two victories give the team's ambitions to win the championship this season additional buoyancy and show that the team is well prepared.

U15 girls dominate the start of the season

parallel to the successes of the women's team, the U15 girls from BG Tamsweg competed at the first season tournament. As last year champions, they showed their dominance on the field from the start. With a convincing victory, they secured the first tournament victory of the new season and confirmed their ambitions to defending the title. The spectators were impressed by the closed team performance and the skills of the young athletes who impressively demonstrate why they were celebrated as a master last season.
