Magical Advent season: The Advent market in St. Georgen/Gusen starts

St. Georgen/Gusen. The beginning of the festive season will be celebrated on November 15 with the Advent market in "Bruckmühle No. 19". This charmingly renovated old mill, which was converted into a farm shop, offers a nostalgic ambience that attracts many visitors. The celebrations extend until December 23, with Christmas products being presented at over 30 stands.

This year there are some exciting innovations: workshops, a living workshop and tastings are offered on weekends. This should not only give visitors the opportunity to acquire unique handmade goods, but also to look behind the scenes of the production and to discover their own skills. The first workshops start on the first weekend in Advent, where the participants can learn different creative techniques.

The exhibition on the upper floor is open every Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, expanded opening times from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. will take place in the last week before Christmas from 18 to December 23rd to give customers the opportunity to buy the last gifts.

On the ground floor of the farm shop, self -service is possible daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Here visitors can scan the products themselves and pay comfortably with ATM card, which makes shopping experience modern and uncomplicated.
