Practical training for building yard employees: Focus on biodiversity
In the Leader region Mostlandl Hausruck, a successful training series for building yard employees recently took place. The trained workforce learned how important the care of municipal areas and trees is for nature conservation and biodiversity. Through well -founded training content, the participants were able to deepen their knowledge of biodiversity and receive directly implementable recommendations for their work.
A total of basic theoretical aspects and practical exercises were treated on four training days. This included the natural care of green areas, the system of flower strips and the professional tree cut. "The care of public areas offers great potential to promote biodiversity and has a strong role model in our society," said Christoph Mader, Managing Director of the Leader region Mostlandl Hausruck.
