Castle Advent in Eferding: A Christmas festival for the whole family
Starhemberg Castle in Eferding will once again be the setting for the popular Castle Advent this year. Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy the festive atmosphere on December 7th and 8th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event not only offers a wonderful opportunity to get in the mood for the upcoming holidays, but also to get into the festive spirit with the sounds of hunting horns and a children's choir.
A special highlight for the little guests are the alpacas that wait for the children in front of the castle gate. In addition to these animal visitors, the children can also actively immerse themselves in various crafts, such as iron forging or candle making. Another exciting element is the gingerbread workshop, which invites you to get creative yourself. Anyone interested should register early on 0699 11658006 to secure a place.
Prices and opening times
The entry prices for the event are family-friendly. Entry costs six euros per day. If you plan to come on both days, you can purchase a ticket for ten euros. Entry is even free for children under 15, which makes the event even more attractive for families.
