Autumn Rose Trophy: Lengau sports club expects record number of participants!
On Sunday, October 27th, the Lengau sports club will host the 24th “Autumn Rose Trophy” charity run. In recent years this run has become a popular event and the club hopes to exceed the 400 participant mark this year.
The children's races start at 10.30 a.m., which is a welcome change as the Autumn Rose Trophy has now been integrated into the Kids Cup classification for the first time. The little ones can also put their skills to the test, starting with a distance of 150 meters for the youngest children, followed by 300 and 600 meters for the older children. The five-kilometer main route winds through a beautiful forest area, ideal for all runners. There is also a special rating for Nordic walkers, which has become increasingly popular in recent years.
Special awards and meals
The competition is not only characterized by the number of participants, but also by the different categories in which the fastest runners from Lengau are awarded. If the weather is good, the award ceremony will be held outdoors with catering, creating a cozy atmosphere. The club's gymnasium is available as a changing room if the weather doesn't cooperate. This flexibility ensures that the event can take place under any circumstances.
Timely online registration is possible until Friday, October 25th at 6 p.m., so that those interested can register quickly. The event not only promises exciting competitions, but also an opportunity to get involved in a good cause and takes a look at the growing community surrounding the Lengau sports club.
