Digitalks on tour: Practical tips for the AI for local companies

The “Digitalks on Tour” series of events will continue in 2025 and enjoy great interest. Around 1,500 representatives of companies have already participated to find out about the practical use of generative artificial intelligence (AI). The final event in the House of Digitization alone recorded 160 participating companies that received valuable insights and practical tips from leading companies such as Microsoft, Amazon and Google.

Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner expressed that numerous companies have already successfully used AI technologies to optimize their processes. "The implementation of AI ranges from automation of simple routine tasks to strategic decisions," she said. Especially for small and medium -sized companies (SMEs), new horizons open up through the use of AI, since these technologies were often only available before.

sustainable support for companies

The demand for practical support for companies is growing steadily. Wolfgang Ecker, President of the Commerce Chamber of Lower Austria, emphasized: "By bringing experts and entrepreneurs together, AI becomes more understandable and more applicable." The digitalks thus create a framework in which SMEs are given access to innovative technologies and can actively benefit from their advantages.

The series of events will take place in several cities next year. Interested companies can look forward to the following dates:

  • Amstetten: February 25, 2025
  • Zwettl: April 25, 2025
  • Mödling: September 23, 2025
  • Tulln: November 12, 2025

The managing directors of the House of Digitization, Claus Zeppelzauer and Lukas Reutterer, announced that the digitalks will continue to offer a platform to find out about the use of AI and digital technologies and to exchange experiences. "The aim is to help companies start integration into their company," said Reutterer.

For the new series of Digitalks 2025, the topics were chosen taking into account the feedback from previous participants. Thomas Strodl, head of the technology and innovation partner Lower Austria (TIP), is looking forward to the exciting content. "We expect a high number of participants from Lower Austria," he added.
