On November 16, the fifth Leopoldilauf took place in the picturesque Schlosspark Jaidhof, and the event attracted a record audience with 351 participants. In bright weather, the runners from a total of six different nations - including Austria, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Portugal and the USA - had the opportunity to demonstrate their skills on the varied running route.

The Sportunion Eisengraben was proud to take over the organization of this popular run and was pleased with the high number of participants. The performance of Ruth Silberbauer, who won the nine-kilometer main run in the women, was particularly outstanding. Michael Kraft secured the fastest time for men. Their successes were enthusiastically followed by the spectators and other runners.
