Grief for Hubert Pimberger: Wullersdorf commemorates a committed municipal council

In the small community of Wullersdorf, an extraordinary meeting of the local council was called to say goodbye to Hubert Pimberger. The long -time municipal council of the ÖVP, which was only 56 years old, died on September 22nd. Mayor Richard Hofl informed those present and took over the honorable but also sad task of performing an obituary for Pimberger.

Before the session begins, a picture by Pimberger was set up with a funeral loop and a burning candle. This symbolized the deep respect and grief that the community feels after Pimberger, who had been part of the municipal council since 1995, was suddenly torn out of life.

The life's work of Hubert Pimberger

Hubert Pimberger was born on May 15, 1968 and was the fourth of five siblings. After the early death of his father, he took responsibility for the family by continuing the family business in agriculture. He was also active in the fire brigade and the hunters. His family included two children who emerged from his marriage. Even after his retreat from active politics, he remained an important part of the community.

The community expressed its thanks for everything he had done. "He always actively contributed to the municipal council, also in the formation of opinion. The picture and the candle from Pimberger were then taken away, a sign of respect and grief.

With the departure from Pimberger, his seat in the local council had to be filled. Benjamin Piglmaier was praised as the new municipal council. Piglmaier has made a name for himself in the community and will now take on the tasks of his predecessor. Kurt Ernst, the previous ÖVP mandate, moved to the municipal board and was unanimously confirmed with 19 out of 19 votes. At the same time, a new representative also had to be appointed in the examination board, which resulted in the nomination of Benjamin Piglmaier.

The entire community is affected by the loss of Hubert Pimberger, whose life and commitment were respected by many. His sudden death is a bitter cut for the local community.
