In an impressive solidarity campaign, EVN and its customers have launched a fundraising campaign to support the people affected by the flood disaster in Lower Austria. According to MeinDägkurz , 150,000 euros have already been donated in the form of EVN bonus points, whereby EVN has doubled this amount. Thus, a total of 300,000 euros were bundled, which are used to support the Lower Austrian fire brigades, for local auxiliary initiatives and for the ORF campaign "Austria helps Austria".

EVN board spokesman Stefan Szyszkowitz praised the great support of the customers and promised to extend the fundraisers by the end of January because the commitment was extraordinary.
