Dr. Mag. Alexander Lukeneder has been working as a scientist and curator of the Mesozoic Collection at the Natural History Museum Vienna since 2004. He is best known for his research on the Carnic Crisis, one of the greatest environmental catastrophes in Earth's history, which caused mass extinction in the Mesozoic seas 233 million years ago. This crisis can also be observed in the Lunz am See region in Lower Austria.
The event “Adventures in the Dolomites” with the renowned Priv. Doc. Dr. Alexander Lukeneder will take place on October 11th at 7:00 p.m. in the House of Wilderness in Lunz am See.
