Among the participants were representatives of organizations such as the aid organization, Caritas, youth welfare and numerous specialists from various areas of social work and education that exchanged information about current developments in child and youth welfare.
In a stimulating framework, various perspectives on health and well -being of young people were presented. The participants discussed measures that aim to meet the requirements and challenges that children and young people face. This included both therapeutic and pedagogical aspects that should enable the social and emotional development of young people.
diverse approaches in the focus
Special attention received new methods of psychotherapy that were specially developed for the needs of young people. The possibility of combining different disciplines ensures an interdisciplinary exchange that is intended to increase the quality of the offers of help. In workshops and discussions, the experts jointly developed concepts that enable better integration of therapeutic interventions into the everyday life of those affected.
A central concern of this meeting was to strengthen the cooperation between the various specialists. Kurt Königsberger, the head of Kijunemo Amstetten, emphasized how important it is that educators, social workers and therapists are in constant dialogue to ensure the best possible support for the families.
The event was accompanied by lectures and presentations in which innovative therapy approaches were presented. Those present had the opportunity to ask direct questions to the speakers and bring their own experiences, which led to a lively discussion.
These meetings are not only a platform for the exchange of knowledge, but also a sign of the responsibility of society, children and adolescents through coordinated help. Such initiatives testify to the important work of the organizations in the region that work on the improvement of the life of families every day.
"The cooperation between the different departments is of crucial importance in order to effectively meet the challenges in front of which children and young people are facing," said Königsberger. The efforts of everyone involved should help create a stronger network that can react quickly if necessary.
Each of these workshops and discussion groups helps to develop well -founded approaches that can not only have a therapeutic but also preventive effect. By regularly meeting and exchange, a network that ultimately serves to the well -being of children and young people is created.
The Kijunemo sees itself as an important part of this landscape and strives to continue to actively participate in the design of aid offers. The next meetings are already being planned to continue the exchange about proven and new methods that enable specialists to respond even more specifically to the needs of young people.
