New certificate course for HR executives: Fit for the future!

The International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol is expanding its educational offer with a new certificate course "Strategic HR Leadership". Specialists and managers in human resources and managing directors are addressed: inside who want to prepare for the challenges of the fast-moving world of work. The course begins in the winter semester 2025/26, and registrations are now possible. The participants receive profund knowledge in strategic HR management, leadership, organizational development and people analytics through hybrid teaching format that combines presence and online units in compact block formats. The program of the program is 16 ECTs, whereby the conclusion takes place within one semester.

The course promotes a modern understanding of leadership in the context of Vuca (Volatility, UncertaAnty, complexity, ambiguity) and the new approaches of Bani (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomplet Sat), which are becoming increasingly important. The challenges of Vuca and Bani

HR management has fundamentally changed through digital disruptions, economic changes and global crises. While Vuca served to describe uncertainties in the market, Bani has developed new challenges.
